Finally…after a two month long postponement of my hometown’s 4th of July fireworks display, our skies were lit up and dancing to the jolting roar of explosions. I’m not going to complain or question why there wasn’t any sort of entertainment in the band shell proceeding the really big show or the missing swell of patriotic music playing in the background during the fireworks…no, no I’m not going to do that. All I’m going to say is…it was a really nice show. Thank you!!
As the sun dipped below the horizon, kids with sparklers emerged. The image above is of the sparklers the two young children next me were playing with.
Well, there they are…The Labor Day Fireworks Display!!
I think in hindsight, I was a little too close them. Next year I’m going to sit further back. Also, in case you’re wondering, I used 2 second exposures on all of these.
As always, Thank you for visiting! I appreciate it more than you know. I hope you liked this week’s post and if you did, feel free to Like/Share.
Until next time, take care.
